BISE Sargodha Board 12th Class Result 2026 – Check by Roll Number
Sargodha Board’s official result system supports three search choices: roll number, candidate name and institution code. The BISE Sargodha HSSC Part-II / 12th Class Result 2026 is scheduled for 23 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Students can use the board’s current result system with the search option that matches their examination record.
Sargodha’s Result Screen Has Three Search Modes
BISE Sargodha’s board-hosted result screen provides three different ways to search a result:
By Roll Number
Use the examination roll number printed on the HSSC roll-number slip. This is the most direct option when the exact number is available. Enter the number carefully and make sure the selected result session matches the HSSC Part-II First Annual Examination 2026 in which you appeared.
By Candidate Name
The official result interface also supports candidate-name search. This is a genuine result-search option rather than a name field borrowed from an admission or roll-slip service. If more than one candidate has a similar name, compare the returned examination details with your own record before using the marks.
By Institution Code
BISE Sargodha also exposes Institution Code as a search choice. This gives institutions and colleges another way to locate result records where the active result session supports them.
The presence of this option makes Sargodha’s result system different from boards that only expose individual roll-number search. Students should use only the fields and examination sessions displayed by BISE Sargodha for the HSSC Part-II 2026 result rather than assuming that an older result interface has identical options.

No Roll Number? Private Candidates Can Use Their B-Form Record
BISE Sargodha’s current private HSSC roll-slip system provides another route when a candidate needs to recover examination information. For private candidates, the service asks for:
- B-Form Number
- Matric Roll Number
This is a roll-slip service, not a separate “result by B-Form” method.
If the HSSC roll number has been lost, use the correct private candidate record to locate the slip first. Once the roll number is available, it can be used on the declared result screen. Regular candidates use the institution-facing HSSC system rather than the private candidate lookup.
BISE Sargodha 12th Class Result 2026 Date and Time
The BISE Sargodha HSSC Part-II / 12th Class First Annual Result 2026 is scheduled for 23 September 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Candidates should select the HSSC Part-II First Annual 2026 result session and use the roll number, candidate name or institution-code option provided by the board’s result system. Selecting an older examination year or session can return a different result record.
Private 12th Result Cards Use a Different Lookup
BISE Sargodha has a separate HSSC result-card system for private candidates. For a 12th Class / HSSC Part-II record, the private-candidate lookup uses:
- B-Form Number
- SSC Roll Number
Private candidates should follow the options displayed by the board’s current HSSC result-card service. This lookup is separate from the main result search: the result-card service uses B-Form and SSC record details, while the main result interface provides roll number, candidate name and institution-code search modes.
Rechecking at Sargodha Board — Fee, Timing and What Is Checked
BISE Sargodha currently lists Rs. 1,200 per script / answer book for rechecking. The board also tells applicants to verify the payable amount on the system-generated challan because the fee schedule can change.
The board’s published examination rules state that a rechecking application should be made within 15 days of result declaration. Candidates should also follow any HSSC-II 2026 rechecking instructions issued by BISE Sargodha for the current result cycle.
Rechecking is used to review matters such as totaling, unchecked portions or another error covered by the board’s procedure. It should not be treated as a fresh assessment of the quality of the written answer.
The published Sargodha rules also contain a fee-refund provision where an error is found during rechecking or where an application is rejected as time-barred.
Use the challan produced by the board’s live system instead of copying a fee from an older result cycle.
Failed Earlier? Sargodha Changed the Reappear-Chance Rule in 2026
BISE Sargodha issued a 24 April 2026 notification extending applicable reappear chances from four to six for Secondary and Intermediate examinations.
A separate HSSC press release dated 16 May 2026 referred to two additional reappear chances under the revised policy.
This does not mean every HSSC student automatically receives six unrestricted attempts.
The change applies to candidates covered by the conditions of the revised policy. A student with failed subjects should check the current board notice and eligibility conditions before submitting a new examination form. Sargodha also published a 2026 marks-improvement amendment, but the detailed conditions were not sufficiently verified in the current research material. Those conditions should not be guessed or merged with the reappear rule.
Four Districts Fall Under Sargodha Board
BISE Sargodha currently covers:
Sargodha · Khushab · Mianwali · Bhakkar.
If you are unsure whether your HSSC record belongs to Sargodha Board, check the board name printed on the registration record or roll-number slip. A change of residential address after registration does not by itself move an examination record to another board.
Marks and the 2026 Grade-12 Passing Position
The current Punjab HSSC scheme carries 1,200 total marks across the main Intermediate groups.
BISE Sargodha’s current Intermediate scheme page identifies the 2025–27 scheme as the active HSSC scheme.
The 2026 passing position needs to be handled by class cohort. IBCC’s new grading policy moves the passing level to 40%, but its implementation information says the first 2026 phase starts with Grade 9 and Grade 11.
For HSSC Part-II candidates, the board’s applicable rule and the declared result should determine the final pass or fail status. This page should not present either 33% or 40% as an unquestioned Grade-12 threshold until the HSSC-II application is clear.
HSSC-II 2026 Gazette and Position Data
BISE Sargodha’s HSSC-II 2026 Gazette, position-holder list and result statistics should be identified only from the board’s records for the First Annual Examination 2026. Previous-year Gazettes, pass percentages or merit lists should not be presented as 2026 data.
Use the site’s Gazette updates page for the current Sargodha HSSC-II Gazette status and released board records.
